How to get started

1. ASR Construction Consultation– An experienced ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS team member will meet with you at your convenience, at your home, office or at our facilities, regarding your desired construction changes. Your ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS professional will personally guide you through the construction process. This team member will be your point person for any questions, concerns through the entire project. You will receive all of that team member’s contact information, so we can be responsive to all your questions and concerns.


2. An extensive list of ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS recommended architects, engineers, and designers based on design needs can be submitted upon request. We are proud to partner with the finest minds and organizations in the industry, and would be happy to assist in finding you just the right team. You will receive an extensive portfolio of ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS completed projects, an overview of available services and references to allow you to personally review the quality of our work, and assure yourself that you are in the most professional hands.


3. Upon selection of your team of architect, designers and/or engineers, a full set of architectural, engineering and design drawings should be executed depending on the magnitude of the work involved.


4. Once a full set of drawings is complete, you can proceed with association approval. If needed, ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS will assist you in this process in every way possible. (Applicable to apartment residents only)


5. Upon association approval, you are ready to submit drawings to ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS for bidding purposes. We will then proceed with an extensive bidding process with our qualified sub contractors. We negotiate the best prices possible without sacrificing the design integrity of your project. Our experienced estimators provide an extensive construction budget and timeline using state of the art project management applications, which will outline all divisions of construction for your project.


6. During or after the association permitting process, drawings should be submitted to the municipality or county for permit. The client can select the entity which will submit the drawings to the building department at their own discretion. ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS is experienced in submitting and running drawings through the various local building departments and would be glad to assist you with this matter.


7. Once a permit is issued and a construction budget has been approved, ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS will provide a detailed construction schedule to you and construction will commence with careful attention to your timeline, schedule and availability. ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS is dedicated to meeting the construction schedule and construction budget. Please note that it is critical to confer with your association regarding the calendar limitations and blackout days for construction.
