ASR Construction proudly holds the exclusive contract for all new construction projects on Fisher Island, one of the world’s most celebrated residential destinations. Since early in the decade, ASR CUSTOM INTERIORS has delivered an unparalleled construction quality to the 216 sumptuous acres of Fisher Island with the construction of Palazzo Del Mare and Palazzo Del Luna towers.

The commercial construction division of ASR is contracted to undertake the development and construction of all new upcoming condominium projects on Fisher Island, FL. These projects include Palazzo Del Mare, which was completed August 2007, Palazzo Del Sol, and Palazzo Del Luna. On Palazzo Del Mare, we worked closely with architects Robert Swedroe and Associates, who have been involved in some of the most prestigious buildings to grace Miami’s skyline. Palazzo Del Sol, which has broken ground, and Palazzo Del Luna are two much anticipated projects by world renowned architect Kobi Karp. These new Fisher Island residences are being built on what is now regarded by many to be the most exclusive real estate in the continental United States.

With our first building, Palazzo Del Mare, completed, ground breaking for Palazzo Del Sol underway, and conceptual design for Palazzo Del Luna finalized, ASR Construction is dedicated to maintaining the island’s legendary elegance, serene nature, lush vegetation, and unparalleled reputation as the private paradise of all Fisher Island residents.
