ASR originally incorporated as ASR Renovations and New Construction, Inc. has delivered elite quality construction and management services for high-end interior alterations and new residential construction throughout the Miami Beach, Florida area since 1998. The Company’s headquarters, located at 42202 Fisher Island Drive, Fisher Island, is conveniently situated less than a mile from Miami Beach and its surrounding islands. The division, ASR Custom Interiors, now services South Florida’s elite communities.
Cedrik Denain and Joseph Dieppa, the founding principals, combined their expertise and experience to deliver an unmatched synergy to every client’s project. Today, their three decades of combined knowledge in specialty build-out, construction and development includes involvement with development of some of South Florida’s premier signature projects.
Denain and Dieppa created a top-down corporate DNA combining scientific principles with a grounded, bottom-line business reality. Before final delivery, every project must deliver the best quality, finished product that exceeds technical requirements, while carefully controlling overall costs and minimizing impact to the client’s lifestyle.
