2. How do I find or decide on an architect?

There are many talented and professional architects and designers which ASR Custom Interiors has had the pleasure of working with on various projects. We are happy to share this list based on your design needs.

3. How do you determine your fees?

ASR Custom Interiors has a fee breakdown as follows: 10% overhead - based on hard cost total
10%profit - based on overall total
These fees are industry standard

4. If I have a question with my project, whom do I contact?

A project manager is assigned to your project through its duration and manages the entirety of the project. They can answer any questions you may have throughout the project.

5. What kind of service can I expect from ASR after the project is completed?

Once you are an ASR customer, you are one for life. ASR will service your needs throughout your time in your home.

6. How can I be certain that ASR will meet the project schedule?

ASR is dedicated to meeting our dates and objectives. Our contract strictly details the schedule for the project and we get paid based on that schedule. The schedule can only be changed if the client requests additional work not in the original contract which may cause delays in construction. Even in this situation, ASR still pushes to meet the original deadline.

7. Can ASR work with out of town designers and architects?

ASR is experienced in working with designers and architects who do not reside in South Florida. Many of our clients have relationships with designers and architects whom they have worked with on other projects. ASR can accomodate these designers and architects throughout the construction process.

8. Can ASR manage the entire project including finishes?

ASR can provide a total turn key solution from a-z. We have a long list of qualified suppliers and sub contractors who specialize in high end construction and finishes.

9. What is ASR's construction area?

ASR Custom Interiors services all of South Florida. We are available for new construction, remodels, and custom homes.

10. Can ASR Interiors work within my budget?

ASR Interiors is experiences in value engineering any project. Many times, you can acheive the same design concept by using similar products which are less expensive. An ASR team member can review your design and drawings to make sure that you are getting the best bang for your buck.
